NWNS Code of Conduct on Corruption and Bribery
Next World Network Services is committed to conducting its business with honesty and integrity and in compliance with the laws of all jurisdictions in which NWNS is active. Two laws of particular importance are the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act 2010. NWNS is also required to comply with the World Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines, the United Nations Convention on Corruption, and the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions. To ensure compliance with these standards and laws the Company has adopted this Code.
